This role will offer a hybrid work model out of our Portsmouth, NH office or Plano, TX. Lead operational excellence as our Manager of Operations by driving successful delivery of business outcomes, strict SLA adherence, and meticulous attention to detail across asset and configuration management. You’ll manage and coach a high‑performing team of analysts, optimize workload distribution, and implement process improvements using KPI dashboards and root‑cause analysis. Build compelling business cases, present clear findings, and recommendations to leadership, and ensure measurable outcomes through disciplined execution.
