JOB SUMMARY: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Note: The essential duties and responsibilities below are intended to describe the general duties and responsibilities of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage staff in accordance with Company policies and procedures in a manner that engages and motivates. Monitor Team Member performance and provide feedback and training to improve production and quality. Assess training needs and provide development opportunities for team members. Participate in the interview and selection process for new team members. Facilitate positive and productive working relationships with Global Team Members. Understand Client requirements, analyze data, identify trends and participate in client meetings. Ensure ParaPath module reflects current client desk procedures and most efficient process. Create and maintain client preference guides; ensure that client preferences are clearly articulated to Team Members. Ensure Team Members have appropriate and timely access to client systems. Actively manage new inventory, high balances and ageing from placements. Monitor and manage inventory to ensure that account resolution is achieved quickly. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Highschool diploma or equivalent At least 2 of Revenue Cycle Management preferred Experience effectively managing remote team members Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to present information professionally to clients Basic Outlook, Word and Power Point skills (ability to create emails, schedule meetings and prepare documents and presentations) Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup, sumif, countif, pivot tables, basic formulas) Ability to organize and facilitate meetings (prepare agenda, assign to-do’s, record meeting minutes, follow ups) Ability to analyze data and identify trends Ability to work independently and with a team to meet multiple competing priorities PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Note: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described. Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
