Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Manager, Aprio Ventures to join their dynamic team. The Aprio Ventures Manager will serve as a front-line representative of Aprio within the venture community. This individual will actively source deals, maintain relationships with venture capital firms, founders, and advisors, and play a critical role in coordinating investment activities. The Manager will also contribute significantly to the growth of Aprio Ventures’ brand through events, conferences, and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in venture capital, startup operations, private equity, or a related high-growth environment preferred.
  • Strong networking instincts and ability to build authentic, long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to evaluate early-stage companies.
  • High energy level, proactive approach, and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.

  • A strong presence and confidence in external settings (conferences, VC meetings, founder introductions).
