About The Position

You’ll take charge of leading AML/KYC reviews across investors and investments while driving operational excellence through proprietary software and team oversight. In this role, you’ll balance client engagement, staff development, and regulatory updates to ensure high-quality reviews and strong client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in private equity, AML/KYC, or alternative asset investment firms.
  • Demonstrate advanced analytical skills in AML/KYC and hold a bachelor’s degree.
  • Excel at client relationship management, effective communication, and collaboration within a team environment.
  • Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, with flexibility to work overtime when needed.
  • Experience or interest in managing and training staff, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AML/KYC reviews of investors and investments, guiding your team through complex and unusual cases.
  • Oversee proprietary AML/KYC software, ensuring accurate reviews, proper record keeping, and process improvements.
  • Manage staff by fostering collaboration, training team members, and reviewing their work for quality control.
  • Build strong client relationships by leading calls, supporting diverse private equity funds, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Stay current on AML laws, educate your team on evolving regulations, and prepare billing reports to track performance.
