We’re seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll inspire excellence, elevate the guest experience, and develop future leaders—all while upholding the high standards that define Buck & Rider.

Responsibilities
- Complete our immersive 8-week Manager in Training (MIT) program at a certified training store
- Lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Train, coach, and mentor hourly team members to unlock their full potential
- Foster seamless communication across all levels of staff and leadership
- Uphold and champion brand standards at every stage of service
- Nurture a positive, high-performance culture built on accountability and respect
- Gain mastery of our operational systems: Toast, R365, Craftable, 7shifts, Wisetail, SevenRooms, and more
- Deliver consistently exceptional hospitality with precision and care
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
