The Manager, Customer Experience Airports is responsible for the day to day and management of employees, ground handlers and external suppliers, including operational decisions and the overall coordination of activities to safely deliver the customer experience while achieving operational and financial objectives. In addition, the incumbent will provide leadership to all employees in order for them to carry out their roles, responsibilities and meet performance metrics to ensure that Air Canada is the airline of choice. This role supports an operational environment which will require flexibility in schedule and availability to work long hours if needed, while also addressing critical matters with a sense of urgency, occasionally outside of regular working hours.
