The AI Transformation team partners with practice leaders across Kroll to redesign end-to-end workflows and build AI-enabled tools that our professionals use every day. We are outcome-driven: every initiative must tie to measurable impact on productivity, quality, risk, or revenue. As a Manager in the AI Transformation team, you will be a forward-deployed builder and problem solver. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data/engineering teams, and senior transformation leaders to: Decompose Kroll workflows into structured problems Identify AI leverage points Build practical prototypes and workflows Turn concepts into usable tools and process changes This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable in structured analysis, workflow design, and lightweight build/prototyping.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, technology strategy, analytics, product/ops, or a related transformation role
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven process improvement initiatives
  • Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience creating clear, executive-ready presentations and deliverables
  • Practical understanding of AI technologies and their business applications (e.g., generative AI, NLP, document automation, workflow tools)
  • Experience building prototypes or mock solutions using modern AI tools, APIs, or workflow automation platforms
  • Ability to translate business requirements and pain points into logical workflows, solution designs, and configuration requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related technical/quantitative field preferred
  • Experience in a consulting firm, internal transformation team, or high-growth technology environment
  • Familiarity with: Generative AI tools and APIs Workflow orchestration / automation platforms Basic scripting or no-/low-code development

Responsibilities

  • Translate prioritized workflow pain points into AI-enabled concepts, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts
  • Build mock-ups, pilots, and workflow automations (e.g., using LLMs, orchestration tools, or low-code platforms) to demonstrate feasibility
  • Iterate with practitioners to refine solutions based on real usage and feedback
  • Partner with internal technology teams and vendors to transition prototypes into more robust solutions where appropriate
  • Support AI transformation workstreams across Kroll practices (valuation, investigations, cyber, restructuring, compliance, etc.)
  • Conduct structured analyses of current workflows to identify automation and augmentation opportunities
  • Help quantify impact (time saved, error reduction, quality uplift) and build business cases
  • Develop client- and executive-ready materials, presentations, and recommendations
  • Participate in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions with practice leaders and power users
  • Contribute to transformation plans, milestones, and workstream coordination
  • Help define target-state workflows and standard operating procedures for AI-enabled processes
  • Support rollout activities: user training, documentation, playbooks, FAQs, and feedback loops
  • Track early performance and adoption metrics, and recommend refinements
