The AI Transformation team partners with practice leaders across Kroll to redesign end-to-end workflows and build AI-enabled tools that our professionals use every day. As a Manager in the AI Transformation team, you will be a forward-deployed builder and problem solver. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data/engineering teams, and senior transformation leaders to: Decompose Kroll workflows into structured problems Identify AI leverage points Build practical prototypes and workflows Turn concepts into usable tools and process changes This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable in structured analysis, workflow design, and lightweight build/prototyping.
