Manager – AI Software Development Architect The opportunity We’re hiring an experienced Software Architect that is an expert in the emerging are of AI Native software development. This role is for a software development professional who has leveraged AI techniques to create traditional software and built AI agents as a component of the product. The successful candidate is someone who has successfully designed and implemented AI native applications using Agents and other AI techniques and integrated these capabilities with code for a product. Understanding of agile AI enabled devops is a key requirement of this role. The candidate should thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about enabling scalable AI solutions. Y our key responsibilities Develop AI Native designs in conjunction with product team. Support tool chain selection and technical assessments. Develop best practices for AI Native development design patterns. Provide guidance on how to evolve existing applications to best adopt useful AI functions and technology. Assess new proposed projects to insure they are leveraging best practices for AI architecture design and implementation. Collaborate with other architectural experts in AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure to insure balanced and practical outcomes. Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology. Skills and attributes for success Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lead software architectural product functions and mentor junior engineers. Comfort working across cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities. Build and manage strong internal and external partnerships by fostering trust, empathy, and mutual value. Leverage emotional agility and hybrid collaboration to navigate diverse stakeholder needs and drive long-term engagement.
