We are looking for a pioneer to build our "Digital Sales Workforce." We aren't looking for a developer to write code; we are looking for a business-savvy architect to build, train, and manage AI Agents that can sell. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for designing and deploying AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce or other tools. Your agents will handle full-cycle B2C sales (outreach to close) and act as the ultimate SDR for our B2B team (qualifying and routing). This is a high-impact, high-visibility sale management role with an aggressive incentive package. What You Will Do You will be the "Manager" of our digital sales team. You will be supported by Sales Enablement (for messaging), Operations (for data), and Sales Leadership to ensure your agents are performing at the highest level. Build & Deploy AI Agents: Design and configure autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce, Flow, and Data Cloud. B2C "Full-Close" Strategy: Create agents capable of handling the entire B2C sales cycle, from initial outreach and objection handling to final transactions and closing the deal without human intervention. B2B Lead Qualification: Architect agents that engage B2B leads, identify upsell opportunities, qualify budget/authority, and seamlessly hand off "hot" leads to human sales reps. Prompt Engineering & Sales Logic: Write the "brain" of the agent. You will translate sales methodologies into system prompts and logic gates that guide the AI’s behavior. Performance Optimization: Treat your agents like employees. Monitor their conversation logs, analyze win/loss rates, A/B test different outreach personas, and continuously refine their ability to convert. Integration Management: Ensure agents have access to the right data (CRM history, product inventory, pricing) to make accurate, hallucination-free decisions. Who You Are You are a hybrid: 50% Technical Architect, 50% Sales Strategist. You understand that an AI agent is only as good as the sales logic behind it. Business Savvy: You understand the customer lifecycles, sales funnels, and marketing flow. You understand CAC, LTV, and conversion rates. Technically Fluent: You are comfortable with LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and the Salesforce ecosystem. You know what RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is and how to use it to ground an agent. Innovative: You stay up to date on the latest AI trends and constantly look for ways to apply them to revenue generation.
