About The Position

The Manager, AI Program supports the coordination and execution of enterprise AI initiatives, ensuring alignment between business priorities, data and technology teams, and governance requirements. The role focuses on managing program structures, tracking milestones and value realization, and facilitating collaboration across multiple stakeholders to enable the successful delivery and adoption of AI solutions. Working within established strategies and frameworks, the position helps ensure AI initiatives progress through defined lifecycle stages while meeting organizational standards for responsible and effective AI implementation. We are seeking a results-driven Manager, AI Program to support the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise AI initiatives. This role will manage cross-functional AI programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, responsible AI standards, and measurable value realization. The ideal candidate blends program management expertise with an understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, data ecosystems, and change management in complex organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in program or project management within technology-driven environments
  • Experience leading data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional enterprise programs
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with AI/ML development teams or MLOps environments
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI tooling ecosystems
  • Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks and model governance practices
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end AI programs, from opportunity identification to production deployment and scaling
  • Translate strategic objectives into a structured AI roadmap with clear milestones, budgets, and success metrics
  • Prioritize AI use cases based on feasibility, impact, risk, and ROI
  • Manage program budgets, resources, timelines, and dependencies
  • Coordinate across Data Science, Engineering, IT, Security, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Business Units
  • Support clear governance structures, decision forums, and escalation pathways
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for AI program delivery
  • Support governance, milestones, budget discipline, and executive reporting
  • Ensure AI initiatives move through defined lifecycle stages in coordination with Data & AI and domain Technology teams
  • Value tracking, transformation alignment, and benefit realization
  • Ensure AI programs adhere to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies
  • Support integration of model risk management, bias mitigation, explainability, and auditability into program design
  • Partner with Risk and Compliance to proactively address AI-related risks
  • Track KPIs for AI initiatives aligned to business outcomes (efficiency, cost savings, revenue growth, risk reduction)
  • Monitor and report program performance to executive leadership
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and optimization of AI solutions
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communications to drive AI adoption
  • Develop training and enablement strategies to embed AI capabilities into operations
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation
