About The Position

The Manager of AI Product leads the vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI solutions designed to enhance internal employee productivity and operat ional efficiency. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring AI initiatives align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable impact. The Manager, AI product is directly accountable for leading a multidisciplinary AI team, including Solution Architect, Business Analyst, and AI Developer, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management and solution development with AI/automation or enterprise IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of software development tools, frameworks, and platforms, such as Visual Studio, .NET, AWS, or Azure
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, automation platforms, agentic workflows).
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, data governance, and security standard.
  • Expert strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams and drive consensus.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to articulate vision and impact.
  • Adoption and usage of AI solutions across internal teams.
  • Reduction in manual effort and measurable efficiency gains.
  • Positive employee experience and engagement with AI tools.
  • Delivery of prioritized AI initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Continuous improvement and innovation in AI solution portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Directly lead and develop a multidisciplinary team comprising of Solution Architect, Business Analyst, and AI Developers to own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from ideation through sustainment.
  • Responsible for the work of Solution Architect, Business Analyst, and AI Developer to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to support team growth and capability building.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions, and performance assessments.
  • Responsible for the development and communication of the internal AI product vision and roadmap
  • Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and embedded AI specialists to identify high-value use cases.
  • Translate strategic business goals into actionable roadmaps.
  • Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals and employee experience objectives.
  • Evaluate and prioritize AI opportunities using impact/complexity grids and business value mapping.
  • Maintain a transparent backlog of AI initiatives, balancing quick wins with strategic projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and innovations and apply them to improve existing and future solutions.
  • Collaborate with the AI Enablement Lead to drive change management and adoption strategies.
  • Lead the AI Center of Excellence (COE) to build AI skills, promote thought leadership, intake new opportunities, and ensure governance on solution design.
