The Opportunity  We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the charge in transforming how our advisors work and how we deliver value to our global clients. This is not a "maintenance" role. You will help architect our internal AI ecosystem, responsible for integrating cutting-edge tooling into advisory workflows, building robust governance frameworks, and fostering a culture of continuous AI learning across the firm.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Product Management, specifically focused on AI/ML, Knowledge Management (KM), or Digital Transformation within professional services.
  • Proven track record of implementing enterprise knowledge platforms or "wikis" (e.g., Confluence, Notion, or custom SharePoint environments) with a focus on searchability and user adoption.
  • Experience building or managing AI governance frameworks. You must understand how to implement guardrails, detect hallucinations, and ensure data privacy in a professional services context.
  • Strong background in designing multi-user platforms. You should be comfortable architecting how data flows from an advisor's query through an LLM and into a secure client deliverable.
  • Exceptional "translation" skills—the ability to present an AI/KM roadmap to an Executive Committee and turn their strategic goals into technical requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the modern AI landscape, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Semantic Search, and Vector Databases
  • Understanding of global AI regulations (such as the EU AI Act) and data sovereignty requirements for client-privileged information.
  • Prior exposure to corporate governance, investor relations, capital markets, or legal tech is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across business and corporate functions throughout the firm to map complex manual workflows and deploy AI-driven solutions that reduce "time-to-delivery."
  • Design and manage a centralized AI Governance Command Tower. This system will provide real-time observability into adoption rates, prompt sophistication, model performance, cost management (token spend), and compliance audit trails to ensure our AI usage remains ethical and secure.
  • Stand up a firm-wide "Source of Truth" platform (similar toa next-gen Confluence) designed for flexible search and retrieval. This platform will centralize past deliverables, case studies, and methodologies, allowing consultants to surface relevant institutional knowledge instantly.
  • Lead a continuous enablement program. You will translate complex AI shifts into practical training modules, ensuring our global workforce—from analysts to Partners—is "AI-fluent" and capable of leveraging the modern toolset.
  • Move beyond simple chatbots. You will lead the design of Agentic Workflows where AI agents perform multi-step tasks (research, synthesis, drafting) across internal knowledge bases and external data sources.
