AMD is seeking a Manager, AI & Enterprise ISV Partner Marketing to lead how we engage and co-market with our top ISV partners to accelerate enterprise and AI adoption. This individual contributor role develops and executes joint and tri-party marketing programs with ISVs, OEMs, CSPs, and GSIs to bring joint solutions to market and strengthen AMD’s position in enterprise transformation and AI innovation. You’ll help shape partner-led marketing initiatives that connect AMD technology with real customer outcomes—building awareness, preference, and adoption across enterprise segments through our ISV ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of partner or B2B marketing experience with enterprise or AI software partners.
  • Experience developing and executing joint marketing programs with ISVs, OEMs, or CSPs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise transformation and how software partners influence solution adoption.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and program management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in technology, cloud, or software partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with multi-partner GTM models and co-sell motions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Lead AMD’s marketing engagement with top ISV partners to build awareness, preference, and enterprise adoption.
  • Develop and execute joint and tri-party GTM programs with ISVs, OEMs, CSPs, and GSIs that demonstrate customer value and drive measurable demand.
  • Collaborate across AMD’s global marketing, sales, and alliance teams to align ISV initiatives with business priorities and regional activation.
  • Create co-branded content, thought leadership, and customer stories that highlight innovation and impact.
  • Measure and report program performance, including reach, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
