Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments where analytical precision meets business storytelling? Are you energized by solving complex problems and creating presentations that shape how executive leaders think and act? Join Walmart's eCommerce Analytics team as a Manager, Executive Analytics & Strategic Insights-where you'll deliver data-backed insights that directly influence leadership decisions, Board discussions, and enterprise strategy. In this role, you'll work closely with senior leaders across eCommerce, owning ad hoc analysis and strategic insight development for high-stakes deliverables including Board updates, MSMs, and CEO reviews. You'll collaborate across analytics specialists, lead insights workstreams, and shape the way we communicate data to drive understanding and action at the highest levels of the company. You'll sweep us off our feet if… You're a clear, confident communicator with exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling skills who can influence executive stakeholders. You know how to structure complex, unstructured problems, design ad hoc analyses, and deliver rapid yet thoughtful insights with precision and clarity. You're comfortable working independently as both analyst and project leader, able to switch between execution and delegation as needed. You can direct and guide other analysts to deliver high-quality work, keeping cross-functional deliverables on track and aligned to the strategic ask. You bring a strong balance of technical fluency, business acumen, and presentation polish. At Walmart eCommerce, our analytics team is central to how we uncover opportunities, drive decisions, and create exceptional customer experiences. We partner closely with business and tech leaders to translate complex data into simple, powerful narratives. From retail trends to site performance and AI deployment, we're shaping the future of retail-one insight at a time.
