Requirements

• Undergraduate or advanced technical degree in relevant fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in model validation or development.
• Experience with FCRM models and exposure to AI/ML.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, H2O.AI, or Scala.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Validate Financial Crime Risk Management models for Trading Surveillance.
• Develop effective validation testing plans for various FCRM models.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders to address model limitations.
• Deliver high-quality model validation reports to support audit and regulatory review.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of analysts in model validation.
• Support the development of standards and procedures for model validation compliance.
