About The Position

We're seeking a proactive and highly organized Manager, Facility Support to lead all administrative support functions, partner with manufacturing leadership, and drive operational efficiency across the Brownsville facility. This role oversees the administrative support team, coordinates cross-functional projects, manages inventory and warehouse tracking, supports financial and purchasing activities, and leads events, reporting, and systems analysis to ensure smooth, accurate, and aligned facility operations.

Requirements

  • 2 Year / Associates Degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Engineering, or other related field required. An equivalent level of experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of related experience in an administrative support leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading, mentoring and training a team.
  • Proven ability to lead through change; driving adoption, guiding teams through transitions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Advanced knowledge and use of MS office programs, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience reading, analyzing and interpreting reports and production data.
  • A high level of professionalism, customer service and approachability is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and manage highly confidential documents and situations.
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking, and delegation skills.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of common A/V and communication systems (i.e. Teams, conference calls, etc).

Nice To Haves

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Prior experience working with manufacturing computer systems/databases preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with plant leadership on operational projects, training alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist purchasing and finance with sourcing, supplier issues, invoice resolution, reporting, and cost management analysis.
  • Oversee inventory control, traceability, warehouse operations, and coordination with Supply Chain partners.
  • Manage facility-wide events, communications, SharePoint tools, and administrative processes.
  • Serve as the facility systems super-user for ERP, databases, reporting tools, and ensure data integrity and accurate analysis.
