POSITION SUMMARY The Manager of Acquisition Marketing oversees all aspects of marketing related to the company’s residential internet products to attract and acquire new customers. This position is responsible for developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and supporting materials to increase revenue and sales, ensuring messaging and promotions resonate with the target audience, while working together with sales. This role will support and provide any assets necessary to aid in acquisition efforts, digest feedback from the field & sales teams, and pivot strategy(ies) and/or tactics to address the market’s needs. This role is responsible for driving subscriber growth across Fiber, FWA, and DSL services. This role involves working directly with a variety of internal and external clientele, including various internal departments, sales team members, property managers, and residential customers from a variety of backgrounds. Additionally, the Manager of Acquisition Marketing is responsible for tracking and reporting campaign results, sales numbers day-to-day, determining effective tactics, and locking in supporting sponsorships and events within service areas to aid with brand recognition and build trust with potential customers. This role will also assist with launching new products and assisting with the go-to-market strategy and execution of new product launches.
