About The Position
You’ll be responsible for accounting and audit functions and develops data for periodic operating statements and management information in compliance with government and management directives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years related experience, two (2) of which should be in a supervisory capacity. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise the administrative and accounting activities of the department.
- Develop budget, monitor and control expenses, review and recommend changes to budget authorizations.
- Regularly assess and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of service to students.
- Prepare related reports.
- Supervise financial accounting systems and allocation of expenditure of contract funds, monitor center performance through interpretation of accounting data, and develop management informational reports.
- Assist as necessary with administration of subcontracts.
