About The Position

Oversee and optimize day-to-day accounting operations for a rapidly growing, private-equity-backed home services company specializing in pest control and pool services, generating ~$160M in annual revenue.

This role ensures accurate financial reporting, disciplined close processes, and scalable accounting infrastructure to support acquisition-driven growth, multi-entity operations, and field-level profitability insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior leadership experience (team management)
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel

Nice To Haves

• CPA certification
• Experience in: o Private equity-backed environments o Multi-location or home services businesses o Acquisition integration and scaling finance functions
• Experience with: o NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar ERP o Paylocity (payroll) o Power BI or similar analytics tools
