Role Overview The Manager, Process Improvement is a strategic, execution-focused leader responsible for modernizing and optimizing Accounting & Finance operations. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, systems, and change management and will drive measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, controls, and scalability. You will lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives—assessing current-state workflows, identifying bottlenecks and risks, designing future-state solutions, and ensuring sustainable adoption across teams.
