Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles
  • Strong focus on customer retention and relationship management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure seamless customer service
  • Ability to support sales teams in growing the business while managing existing accounts
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion of share of wallet.
  • Oversee internal processes, including account setup, order fulfillment, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Support Sales Representatives as needed on new business development (NBD), ensuring a smooth transition from the sale to account management.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services/products.
