About The Position

This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, and experiential channels. This role bridges client needs, internal creative development and integrity, and execution workflows. This position ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management, marketing, or creative services; agency experience preferred.
  • CRM system – Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Project management tools.
  • Accounting software.
  • Must live within Midwest Dairy’s 10 state region.
  • Must be flexible to attend events outside of normal business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client goals are met.
  • Partner with clients to understand goals and translate them into actionable deliverables.
  • Provide proactive communication, updates, and solutions throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of marketing campaigns from concept to final performance review.
  • Coordinate campaign assets across multiple channels, including print collateral, digital advertising, social content and engagement, and experiential activations.
  • Facilitate internal reviews and approvals, ensuring creative aligns with brand standards and client goals.
  • Manage workflow and traffic of projects by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Oversee timelines, resources, and production schedules to maximize efficiency.
  • Anticipate challenges, resolve conflicts, and keep projects moving forward smoothly.
  • Oversee budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within scope.
  • Track campaign performance and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to leadership.
  • Partner closely with creative, design, event managers, and communications to ensure alignment and clarity on deliverables.
  • Manage campaign project management and lead cross-functional communication to maintain efficient workflows and team accountability.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Partnership team to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of supported programs, initiatives and campaigns through performance metrics, ROI analysis and reporting.
