In this role, you will lead a high-performing team focused on driving sales and optimizing customer success within our partner's Enterprise Growth Account Management team. Requirements

  • 2+ years leadership experience in enterprise software sales, with 6+ years overall enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven success in leading an Enterprise sales team.
  • Track record of creating impactful teams and driving them to success.
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence in a team environment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Consultative selling experience is highly desirable.
  • Preferred experience within Software (SaaS), Data, Analytics, or Business Application space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a team of ~7 individual contributors to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organizational quotas.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to help grow the Enterprise Growth Account Management team.
  • Develop and execute tactical account penetration strategies for large enterprise organizations.
  • Define team objectives for achieving daily, weekly, and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct training and coaching of direct reports, tracking and monitoring of team KPIs.
  • Participate in the attraction and hiring of talented team members.
  • Articulate the unique value proposition and how solutions align with the customer’s vision.
  • Manage internal sales processes involving various departments.
  • Oversee budget planning, performance management, and additional assigned duties.
