As the Manager, Account Growth, you’ll play a role in scaling revenue by developing high-performing teams and driving strategic growth initiatives across new and existing accounts. You’ll lead a dynamic team at the center of pipeline generation, enterprise expansion, and contractor growth—directly impacting company performance and market expansion. Previous formal people management experience is not required; leadership capability and readiness are what matter most. The Manager, Account Growth is responsible for leading and developing Business Development Representatives (BDR I–IV) and Account Executives, Growth to drive revenue across new logo acquisition and existing account expansion. This role owns execution across pipeline development, enterprise prospecting, contractor acquisition, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives. You’ll translate growth strategy into operational execution, ensure forecast accuracy, and drive predictable revenue outcomes across multiple customer segments.
