This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn recipes into results. As Manager 4, Regional Operations Support – Culinary SME , you’ll serve as the technical lead for culinary operations during new healthcare account launches. You’ll ensure Sodexo’s food programs, systems, and standards are implemented flawlessly while identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational improvement. Requirements

  • Proven experience in culinary operations, preferably in healthcare or food service
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with PMP tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, Food Management System, and The Market Connection
  • Ability to interpret policy, make independent decisions, and drive operational excellence
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for food quality, safety, and innovation
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 100% across North America
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree in a relevant filed or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) or HTM

Responsibilities

  • Lead culinary setup and deployment for new unit openings
  • Utilize Project Management Professional tools to manage timelines and deliverables
  • Implement Sodexo culinary technology solutions and brand-led models
  • Develop standardized delivery models and monetized action plans
  • Ensure adherence to Sodexo systems, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct costing and pricing analysis for food offerings
  • Prepare activity and performance reports for leadership
  • Provide technical guidance and support to field teams
  • Interface with Sodexo staff, clients, and vendors at all levels
