We are hiring a HighQ Expert to work with Corporate Counsel to lead ongoing implementation, configuration, customization and support of HighQ contract management platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business, administration or relevant field required.
  • Experience with HighQ required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as company’s primary expert on the HighQ platform.
  • Lead customization of HighQ instances, including sites, iSheets, workflows, permissions and automation.
  • Design and build HighQ dashboards and contract management workflows.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage updates, and coordinate with HighQ support or vendors as needed.
  • Provide recommendations for platform optimization.
  • Document configurations, processes and training materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality of contracts
  • Partners with corporate counsel and legal staff to make the contract management process more effective and efficient.
