The Court Programs Division (CPD) is part of the Office of the State Court Administrator within the Oregon Judicial Department (OJD). CPD develops, implements, and evaluates programs for statewide application in the courts and for use by the public and government stakeholders. Programs are aimed at providing consistent and accurate information and tools to help navigate the court system, improving effectiveness and timeliness in the operating procedures of the courts, and supporting access to justice by eliminating barriers. CPD is responsible for strategic planning, data analysis and application, and performing high-level liaison work to develop policies and procedures to implement laws affecting court operations statewide.
