A subsidiary of Centerfield, QuoteManage, a national Medicare telesales brokerage firm, is seeking highly motivated individuals to work from home as Health & Life Insurance Agents. We specialize in Medicare and Senior products helping Medicare consumers across the country find the best plan to fit their needs. QuoteManage leverages the digital marketing service of our parent company, Datalot, to drive Inbound calls to our licensed agents. In this role, you will be selling/enrolling eligible Medicare customers into the appropriate Insurance products including but not limited to health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans, and advising Pre-Medicare eligible recipients on their options. We keep our agents engaged with live calls to maximize their sales opportunities. QuoteManage has an unmatched compensation structure centered around an aggressive Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) commission structure, daily spiffs, and other promotion-based incentives. Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: A track record of managing 20+ agents and taking full ownership of your team's bottom-line results.
  • Medicare Expertise: Deep knowledge of Medicare and Senior products to provide instant, credible guidance to your team.
  • Remote Mastery: Expert at using Slack, Zoom, and CRMs to lead remote teams and keep every agent connected.
  • Peak Performance: The agility to pivot and thrive under pressure, especially during the high-stakes Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

Responsibilities

  • Driving Performance Culture: Cultivating a competitive, supportive, and high-energy atmosphere across a fully remote team of 25+ agents
  • Real-Time Tactical Support: Jumping into "the heat of the moment" to help agents overcome objections, close complex Medicare enrollments, and stay motivated throughout the shift.
  • Active Coaching & Development: Utilizing call monitoring and side-by-side coaching to improve conversion rates and ensure agents are maximizing the live inbound volume provided by Datalot.
  • Operational Excellence: Managing team schedules and performance metrics within the 8am – 8pm EST window to ensure 100% coverage and lead utilization.
  • 1099 Team Management: Understanding the unique dynamics of managing an independent contractor workforce, focusing on engagement, retention, and consistent output.
