Responsibilities

- Analyze event performance data and market trends to improve campaign results
- Work cross-functionally with teams to support business initiatives and process improvements
- Participate in leadership training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance event success and marketing effectiveness
- Take initiative on projects and progressively assume leadership and management responsibilities
