We are currently hiring Entry-Level Business Management Trainees to join our leadership development program. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Participate in structured leadership training and business development programs
- Support community outreach events, fundraising campaigns, and promotional activations
- Coordinate event logistics, staffing, and public engagement efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, venues, and organizations
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve results
- Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
