About The Position

We are currently hiring Entry-Level Business Management Trainees to join our leadership development program. Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured leadership training and business development programs
  • Support community outreach events, fundraising campaigns, and promotional activations
  • Coordinate event logistics, staffing, and public engagement efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, venues, and organizations
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve results
  • Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
