About The Position

If you're looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. This role is located at one of the following locations: 280 Mortensen Ave, Salinas, CA 93905 1191 Echo Avenue, Seaside, CA 93955.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled as a Senior at a 4 year University pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Graduating no later than May/June 2026.
• 3 months customer service, leadership or sales experience is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to commit to a minimum 10-12 week program starting no later than December 17th.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Take care of customers and develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
