About The Position

If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. This is a paid internship for Summer 2026 that will start in May 2026 and end in early August 2026. The rate of pay is $18.00/hour based on a 40 hour work week. This role will be located out of one of our Chicagoland locations work location to be determined in the interview process. For example: Downtown Chicago, Naperville, Oak Park, Lombard, Schaumburg & other Chicagoland locations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelors degree program with a graduation date of August 2026, December 2026 or May 2027.
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in sales, leadership and customer service.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 1 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
