The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students looking to gain real-world professional experience in a team-based environment. Interns will develop valuable business and leadership skills while taking on challenges similar to those faced by full-time professionals. This paid internship will run from May 2025 to August 2025 in the Louisville, KY area.

  • Manage a fleet of vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
  • Learn the skills necessary to run a successful business.
  • Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a college or university with no more than 2 semesters to graduate.
  • Must be studying Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on record in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
  • Must be able to commit to a 10-12 week internship starting in May 2025.
