About The Position

If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. Requirements

• Must be a Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026.
• Must have a Business or Communications related major.
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the last 3 years).
• Must have a valid driver's US license for one year.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must live in Baltimore or surrounding county (Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Howard, or Harford).
• Must be able to start January 2026.
• Must be able to commit to a 25 hour work week.
• Must be able to commit to 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Take care of customers and develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
