About The Position

The Management Program Analyst Level II plays a critical role in supporting organizational effectiveness by analyzing, developing, and implementing management programs within the services sector. This position involves conducting comprehensive research and data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to design strategies that enhance operational performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ultimately, the Management Program Analyst Level II contributes to informed decision-making that drives continuous improvement and supports the organization's mission and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in program analysis, management consulting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, or equivalent software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related discipline.
  • Experience working within the services industry or a similar sector.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Jira).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM) or process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analyses of management programs and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Support project management activities including planning, coordination, and tracking progress.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials related to management programs and process improvements.
