This is a paid, part-time Management Internship at Menards, a growing retail company. The 12-week hands-on training program is designed to develop and prepare interns for a career in Retail Management. Interns will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand the business and prepare for future management roles. The position offers the opportunity to develop organizational, communication, and time management skills, and gain hands-on management experience. Immediate openings are available.
