Menards is offering a paid, part-time Management Internship, a hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management. The 12-week program provides immediate openings and focuses on building an understanding of the business with support from the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members. Interns will have the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills, and gain practical management experience, preparing them for future management roles within the company.
