This is a paid, part-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management at Menards. The 12-week program involves working alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build an understanding of the business and prepare for a future management role. It offers the opportunity to develop organizational, communication, and time management skills, and gain hands-on management experience. Menards is a growing company with immediate openings.
