About The Position

Provides professional level administrative support for Academic Transfer Credit Solutions (ASU’s transfer course evaluation and pathway office) by assisting with transfer course encoding in the Transfer Guide and student degree audits, review data sets to create clean-up projects for transfer initiatives, and assist with building the foundational curriculum information for pathway development. Collaborates with assigned senior staff members in order to gain working knowledge and experience related to department administration support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and three years (3) experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; OR, any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Using Microsoft Office computer applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Utilizing multiple databases to encode course equivalencies.
• Assists with project associated with course evaluations, pathway development, and transfer initiatives.
• Assists with organizing and preparing data sets to be work by team members; and any other duties needed to help drive our organization vision, fulfill out Mission, and abide by our organization’s values.
