Requirements

  • a University degree, higher education, or equivalent qualifications
  • ideally 2+ years of relevant experience in project, strategy, change, or business management roles1
  • initial experience solving business problems and liaising with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • analytical and conceptual skillset with a problem-solving, pragmatic attitude
  • familiarity with key operating model aspects and processes of financial institutions, coupled with hands-on experience in executing optimization projects
  • good banking process and product knowledge in Wealth Management
  • strong written communication and presentation skills as well as experience in collaborating with various stakeholders across different hierarchy levels
