Requirements

a University degree, higher education, or equivalent qualifications
ideally 2+ years of relevant experience in project, strategy, change, or business management roles1
initial experience solving business problems and liaising with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
analytical and conceptual skillset with a problem-solving, pragmatic attitude
familiarity with key operating model aspects and processes of financial institutions, coupled with hands-on experience in executing optimization projects
good banking process and product knowledge in Wealth Management
strong written communication and presentation skills as well as experience in collaborating with various stakeholders across different hierarchy levels
