We are seeking highly motivated and mechanically inclined transitioning service members to join our team as Diesel Technicians through the DoD SkillBridge program. This program offers hands-on training and a pathway to full-time employment. Requirements
- Active-duty service members eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.
- Background or interest in mechanics, maintenance, or related fields in the following Military Occupation Specialties.

- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on diesel engines and heavy-duty equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including brakes, transmissions, and HVAC systems.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and inspections.
