Provide organizational transformation, strategic execution, and mission-support modernization within a Federal civilian/military environment as part of advisory + execution support, embedded with leadership, focused on outcomes such as adoption, alignment, performance improvement, and decision quality. Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field AND PMP/DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent).
  • 7 yrs; or 5 yrs with a Master's or higher.

  • Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Management Consulting & Business Transformation Functional Area Activities.

Responsibilities

  • Direct multiple complex projects/initiatives; ensure scope, schedule, and quality targets are met.

  • Facilitate governance support (charters, decision frameworks, meeting cadences, action tracking).
  • Coach project leads and functional teams; build capability in standardized PM and analytical methods.
  • Review work products for quality, compliance, and consistency with CG-PSC policies and controls.
