As we grow our U.S. presence, we are looking for a Senior Management Consultant with prior experience from a leading management consultancy to strengthen our Operations Strategy offering in Raleigh. This is an opportunity to combine analytical depth, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial drive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment. You will lead high-impact operations and supply chain transformation engagements across industries, working closely with senior executives to shape and implement operational strategies that deliver measurable performance improvements. Your focus areas may include: End-to-end supply chain strategy and transformation Cost management across the supply chain (our must-win battle) Network design and footprint optimization Operations performance improvement and productivity programs S&OP / Integrated Business Planning Procurement and inventory optimization Sustainability integration into supply chain strategy We believe real impact happens when strategy and implementation go hand in hand.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience from a reputable management consultancy
  • Expertise in Operations Strategy, Supply Chain, or Operational Transformation
  • A proven track record of leading complex programs and stakeholder landscapes
  • Deep understanding of cost structures and value drivers across the supply chain
  • Analytical sharpness combined with strong communication and leadership skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to help build a growing practice
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic results

Responsibilities

  • Advise COOs and senior operations leaders
  • Lead complex transformation programs from strategy to implementation
  • Facilitate executive workshops and drive decision processes
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Contribute to business development and growth of our U.S. operations practice
  • Coach and develop consultants on and off projects
