Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
4+ years of relevant professional experience, including consulting or equivalent experience in a strategy, client‑facing, or analytical role
Experience or familiarity with industries such as CPG, technology, healthcare/life sciences, transportation, or others where growth strategy is central
Client-oriented, with strong advisory, communication, and interpersonal skills
Highly skilled at simplifying complexity and articulating strategic insights
A creative yet analytical problem-solver with sound business acumen
Capable of structuring quantitative and qualitative research to inform conclusions
Inclusive, open-minded, and comfortable working with diverse perspectives
Confident managing independent work while thriving in a collaborative team environment

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree
