Requirements

7+ years of consulting experience across a range of industries, with a proven ability to lead complex client engagements
Brings experience working with mid-sized and large enterprises undergoing transformations such as strategy development, operational improvement, organizational design, digital enablement, and change management
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is a must
BS or BA (Business, Finance, Engineering preferred) degree with an outstanding record of academic achievement

Responsibilities

Serves as a strategic thought-partner to clients and internal teams, driving both small and large-scale projects from planning through execution
Able to lead projects or programs in several core consulting domains, including corporate strategy, operational excellence, customer and commercial strategy, program management, business process redesign, and organizational effectiveness
Experienced in collaborating with senior executives to craft and implement strategies that enable measurable growth, improved performance or enhanced organizational alignment
Demonstrated success in developing, presenting, and contributing to proposals and other business development activities
Proven track record managing staffing, scoping, deadlines, deliverables, and project budgets
Strong people leadership experience including supervising, coaching, and mentoring junior team members
Self-starter who contributes to internal firm-building initiatives such as capability development, knowledge creation, recruiting, or sales enablement
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly present insights, recommendations, and roadmaps to executive audiences
Ability to work collaboratively in a team while driving independent deliverables
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and unstructured environments
Ability to create an inclusive environment across the organization
