This full-time position will support our Minnesota Ore Operations facilities of Minntac and Keetac MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and Training Departments. The primary duty of this position involves overseeing management processes including serving as the Leave Administrator and acting as the main contact for the state's Paid Leave Program, which entails acting as the liaison with the state's Paid Leave agency (DEED). In addition, the successful candidate will learn the duties entailed in the various ER/LR/Training functions within the department. This position will report to the Senior Manager - Employee & Labor Relations. The salary range of $58,686 to $88,028 is a good faith estimate. Based on candidate skills/experience the final offer may be lower/higher.
