About The Position

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a paid, 10-12 week summer program designed to provide hands-on experience in retail store management, sales, and operations. Interns will gain practical experience in business-to-business and retail environments, work closely with a Sales Representative, and complete a project addressing critical business issues. This internship aims to prepare participants for potential future roles in the Management & Sales Training Program.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in retail store management and operations.
  • Work alongside a Sales Representative to understand outside sales.
  • Complete a project addressing critical business issues with peers and leadership support.
  • Engage with customers and provide meaningful customer experiences.
