About The Position

Planned Systems International (PSI) is an Enterprise IT services company who focuses on designing, building, securing, and operating cutting-edge software solutions that drive mission success and operational excellence for Federal Government organizations. PSI is currently seeking a Management and Program Analyst I. The Management and Program Analyst I provides administrative, analytical, and programmatic support to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Bureau and Program Office operations. This position aligns with the OPM GS-0343 Management and Program Analysis Series at the GS-13 level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Experience aligned with OPM GS-0343 Management and Program Analysis Series.
  • Strong research, policy analysis, and budget management experience.
  • Ability to draft high-level reports and executive briefings.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Communication tools (Teams, SharePoint)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct organizational studies and operational efficiency analyses.
  • Prepare authoritative reports and recommendations for leadership.
  • Support annual and mid-year budget development and expenditure monitoring.
  • Perform policy analysis and evaluate impact of regulations and statutes.
  • Manage long-term program portfolios and workflow tracking.
  • Support emergency preparedness planning and strategic stockpile management.
  • Assist in development and monitoring of management information systems.
  • Coordinate strategic planning briefings and executive presentations.
