About The Position

KBR is seeking a Management Analyst to support program and operational performance by providing analysis, reporting, and coordination across business, technical, and customer-facing activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while producing high-quality deliverables that support leadership decision-making. In this role, you will support program management and operational execution by analyzing data, tracking performance, maintaining program artifacts, and coordinating cross-functional actions. You’ll build and maintain reporting products, support planning and scheduling activities, and help ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned to customer and contract requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, accounting, economics, marketing, or a related business field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, depending on contract requirements.
  • Experience: 3+ years experience supporting program operations, analysis, management consulting, PMO support, or similar functions.
  • Security/Clearance: Active Secret clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a DoD or Federal Program Office (e.g., NAVAIR/NAVSEA/USAF/Army).
  • Experience with CUXS programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support program and business management activities including planning, coordination, and execution tracking.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data to support program performance, status reporting, and leadership decisions (e.g., metrics, trends, variances, action items).
  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports (dashboards, scorecards, briefings, weekly/monthly status).
  • Maintain key program artifacts such as action item trackers, meeting minutes, schedules, risk/issue logs, milestone trackers, and deliverable registers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (program management, engineering, logistics, finance, contracts, HR, and customer counterparts) to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
  • Support process improvement efforts by documenting workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements to increase efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare professional communications including presentations, correspondence, decision memos, and executive-ready briefings.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of program data and documentation in accordance with company policy and contract requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
