Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
  • Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support management reporting
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and metric tracking
  • Ability to prepare and maintain contract performance documentation
  • Experience supporting Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs) and status reporting
  • Knowledge of digital data management and reporting tools
  • Ability to support workforce utilization and contract compliance analyses
  • Basic understanding of government contract deliverables and reporting requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years experience in analysis or administrative support
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
